Sent these as a get well soon gift to my sister-in-law who had major surgery. She sent me this picture and this lovely note: "Thank you so much for the beautiful floral arrangement and lovely card! It brightened my day and will continue to do so. The bouquet is stunning (like they were freshly cut from the garden) and smells amazing. ❤️💜" Great job Donato's!!

Ordered a large planter for a funeral service. I found Donato's website after reviewing offerings through the funeral home. I am not in Minnesota and had no suggestions regarding a good florist. I read great reveiws for a reason! The planter was put together beatifully and arrived before the famiy arrived for the visition prior to the service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Long Lake. I could not be more pleased with Donato's! Thank you so very much.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Donato’s Floral in Maple Grove, Minnesota. What was supposed to be a beautiful Christmas surprise from my husband turned into one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only were my flowers never properly delivered, but the way I was spoken to by management was absolutely disgusting. She cursed, she yelled, the hung up in my face. I couldn’t believe this a so called family owned business. From the beginning, there was an accusatory and disrespectful tone, as if we were trying to scam them instead of simply asking questions about an order that was never received. Rather than taking accountability, they continuously passed blame around and even insinuated that we were lying about not receiving the flowers. I eventually had to physically go into the store because it genuinely felt like they assumed they could disrespect and treat me disgustingly and I wouldn’t show up in person. Before I even arrived they had contacted my property manager and confirmed through building footage that nobody had delivered flowers did they finally apologize. The arrangement seen on Donato's website and what was delivered are world's apart. I ordered the 'Deluxe' size which is the medium one. It looks like the 'designer' (I say that very loosely) plopped a bunch of flowers in the vase and added water. The vase depicted in the picture on the website was pretty and round. What was delivered was the standard, clear glass cylinder vase that comes with supermarket or wire-service bouquets. To add insult to injury, the 'bow' tied around the vase was a joke. The first photo is what was delivered. The second photo is what is shown on Donato's website. Take a little pride in your work and share the beauty of what your business stands for. Shameful! I won't be back.

The arrangements for my mom's funeral were more beautiful than imagined. I provided some general guidance of colors I wanted and they brought the creativity. Donato's provided high quality flowers and there was a variety of different types of flowers, making the arrangement completely interesting.
